5th and 6th April

Have had a fantastic weekend at Crug Farm Plants in North Wales on a photography workshop with Andrea Jones and digital imaging guru, Graeme Cookson. The teaching and support were excellent and now I have come home and absorbed most of what I have learnt, my enthusiasm has been fired up and I can't wait to put it all into practice. Trouble is, it is pouring with rain and freezing cold out there today. Sue and Bleddyn Wynn-Jones were wonderful hosts showing us around the garden, supplying plenty of hot tea, coffee and cakes and putting on a lovely lunch in their beautiful house. Thanks to everyone involved - I couldn't recommend the experience highly enough.

I've made a front cover at last! Not exactly Vogue but it's a start - 'WiRED', the quarterly magazine for WiRE (Women in Rural Enterprise) has used my image of Torrisdale.

My work is now available to buy at a super new gift shop called 'Something Special'. The shop can be found along the A51 in Staffordshire in the village of Pipe Gate, between the beautiful Dorothy Clive Gardens and Bridgemere Garden World.
